ACCOMMODATION AND BOARDING

Accommodation and Boarding will be provided for the students in the Student Nurses Hostel. All students must strictly abide by the Hostel Rules. A copy of Hostel Rules will be given to each candidate and her parents / guardian which should be signed before availing the hostel accommodation. It is mandatory for students to stay in the Hostel provided.

Facilities

CSI Hospital School of Nursing, Bangalore hostel offers comfortable stay for the students both boys and girls within the campus during their course of study. The hostel is clean and comfortable, and each room is provided with adequate facilities for stay and study. The hostel has a Visitors’ Lounge, Recreation Hall, and Study Hall, Prayer Hall facilities for Indoor Games, Magazines Reading and Television. Mess facilities are available with a well maintained dining hall adjacent to the hostel and preparing multi cuisines Vegetarian/ Non-Vegetarian meals hygienically and served aesthetically.

Our Facilities

Students undergo a medical checkup on admission and every year thereafter. Students are immunized against infectious diseases as and when necessary. Medical Care is available in the hospital, the cost of which will be borne b the student. Complete health records are maintained for each student. Certain medical conditions which would interfere with successful completion of the course may result in discontinuation of the course. This will be at the discretion of the management.
Students are encouraged to participate in social and community affairs that are permitted/entertained programmes and competitions. Social functions are arranged every year and students are expected to participate actively.
The students are encouraged to participate in various Student Nurses Association activities such as sports, entertainment programmes and competitions. ere will be games period every day. Students are allowed to watch TV. News Papers are available daily to help students update their knowledge about current affair.
Library

The School of Nursing Library is fully equipped with numerous books and journals, E-library and E-journals are available for students. E-library to access thousands of journals and reference from the various sources.

Sports and Recreation

Our School of Nursing provides indoor and outdoor games for the students to prepare them active in sports & cultural activities. In our School of Nursing, part of extracurricular activities every year we conduct sports and cultural meet to bring out the talents of our students and prizes are distributed to the winners.

Hostel

Our institution has separate Hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The rooms are spacious with proper lighting, ventilation facilities and attached toilet and Bathroom. A common room is made available for the students with television and Magazines, Newspaper and indoor game facilities.

Internet

Separate computer lab with internet, Wifi facility, DTH channel and CCTV coverage in the College premises.Faculty and students can browse the internet and access online books and e-journals.

Hospital

Own parental multi-specialty 220 bedded teaching hospitals, which is well equipped with diagnostic and treatment facilities, run by well-experienced and competent health team professionals.

Transport

Good transport facilities available for the Students for the pickup and drop to the hospital and community areas for the experience
