Karnataka Central Diocese of the Church of South India, serving the districts of Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Tumkur, Kolar and Chickballapur with the administrative headquarters in Bengaluru City with over 100 parishes, educational institutions and hospitals. Karnataka Central Diocese was formed in 1970 by the trifurcation of the erstwhile Mysore Diocese.
